WHAT ARE MY COLOUR OPTIONS?
All puzzle pieces are done in black with white engraving. “Special pieces” these are the main persons name/s and the headings or quotes on the frame are done in a choice of either GOLD, SILVER, OR ROSE GOLD.
You may choose one colour.
WHAT IS THE SIZE?
Our standard size is 40×30 cm
Our bigger size is a deluxe 60×40
all prices are quoted on standard, please contact us if you would like a quote on the bigger size.
IS IT A DESKTOP FRAME OR WALL HUNG?
All family puzzles are done in a wall mounted frame
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE?
Normally a frame can take between 5-7 working days to complete, from the day the artwork has been approved.
**** Please note that especially around special occasions we may experience high volumes of orders and close orders. So its always best to order in advance
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are in Westville, Durban. Collection can be done MON – FRIDAY between 8:00 and 4:00pm
WE ARE CLOSED FOR COLLECTIONS ON WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
DO YOU COURIER?
Yes, courier on most standard frames are R150 to main areas. However when placing your order please send us your address so that we may provide you with a proper quote.
WHAT IS WRITTEN ON THE FRAME?
Our standard quote on the top is
“You are the piece that holds us together”
For the Bottom, the dua for parents in English
“My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small.”
You can change 1 of the quotes at no additional charge. Please note that it must be short enough to fit onto the allocated space
Should you wish to change both or add additional quotes, there will be a fee of R100.
